Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to print or copy something can come to CopyShop Den Haag. Whether for personal or business use, and whether it’s a thesis, school project, teaching materials, poster, table card or presentation. We have four multifunction laser printers that you can use to copy, print and scan from USB or email.
With the latest high-volume and wide-format machines, we also provide full-service printing. We also offer a range of finishing options, including binding, cutting, folding, stapling and laminating.

Practical information
You can collect your documents from our print shop. We also offer delivery to businesses (free for businesses in the Beatrixkwartier and free in the The Hague region on orders over €250).
We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, and Saturday, 12:00–5:00 pm.
Pay by cash, debit card, or, for business customers, on account within 14 days (subject to approval). You can also pay in advance via an online payment link.
After paying at the print shop, your receipt will be emailed to you.
Our CopyShop is located between Den Haag Laan van NOI station and Den Haag Centraal station (a ten-minute walk from the city centre), at Carolina van Nassaustraat 329, 2595 SV Den Haag.
Trams 3 and 4 stop at Beatrixkwartier; trams 2 and 6 stop at Ternoot.

CopyShop Den Haag is The Hague’s print and copy shop, where you can have documents professionally printed, bound, produced or copied. We are a registered supplier on the Dutch central government's Supplier Portal. Ministries can outsource print jobs to us and have them invoiced through the portal.

We help law firms and government agencies from around the world print and bind legal documents for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) or the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague.
We are accustomed to handling confidential documents. All our staff sign a strict confidentiality agreement when they join us.
Clients can submit files via our secure Dutch server.
By arrangement, our print service is available in the evening for urgent jobs.

About our printers
Our low overheads allow us to offer affordable printing without compromising on quality.
Our top-of-the-range Ricoh Pro7200 and Pro5300s professional laser printers produce high-resolution colour and black-and-white prints on a wide range of paper stocks (from 80g/m² to 400 g/m²), single- or double-sided. The machines can produce folded and stapled booklets of up to 40 pages (depending on the paper stock selected).
Our Ricoh IM2000 and IM3000 self-service printers are also professional laser printers (high resolution, single- and double-sided), printing at a speed of 35 pages per minute. These machines can also scan documents and email them to you.
Our Canon Prograph GP-4600S poster printer prints large formats from A2 to A0 in colour or black and white on a range of paper stocks.
