Printing envelopes
CopyShop Den Haag can print various sizes of envelopes (such as EA5/6, EA5, and EA4) with or without windows in full color with your logo, address information, postage-paid stamp, or any other advertising message.
Delivery times are between 1 and 5 business days. Fast delivery is therefore possible if you suddenly find yourself out of stock and need to send out your mailing.
Print personalized envelopes
We can also customize the EA5 and EA4 envelopes with personalized information. Simply provide the data in an Excel spreadsheet.
Prices
Prices depend on size and quantity.
The envelopes can be supplied with a window on the left, a window on the right or without a window.
All envelopes have a self-adhesive striplock closure.
EA5/6 and EA5 are made of 90 gram bright white banknote paper, EA4 is made of 120 gram bright white banknote paper

Submit a file for envelope printing
You can save your file in PDF or JPG Submit your file. Ensure the file has a good resolution. We recommend 300 dpi. The original size can be smaller or larger than the size of your desired print. We will then reduce or enlarge your original.
Personalize envelopes
To personalize windowless envelopes with personalized information (name and address), we need an Excel sheet from you with the information categorized by column (Mr./Mrs., name, street house number, postal code, city). The cost is €35 for setup fees €0.10 per address.

All envelopes are packed in handy boxes.
