Printing envelopes
CopyShop The Hague can print different sizes of envelopes (such as EA5/6, EA5 and EA4) with and without a window in full color with your logo, address details, postage paid stamp or any advertising expression.
The delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days. Fast delivery is therefore possible if you suddenly find yourself out of stock and your mailing has to be sent out.
Printing personalized envelopes
We can also provide the EA5 and EA4 envelopes with personalized information. You only need to supply the data in an Excel sheet.
Prices
Prices depend on size and quantity.
The envelopes can be supplied with a window on the left, a window on the right or without a window.
All envelopes have a self-adhesive striplock closure.
EA5/6 and EA5 are made of 90 gram bright white bond paper, EA4 is made of 120 gram bright white bond paper
All prices mentioned below include 21% VAT.

Submit file to have envelopes printed
You can put your file in PDF or JPG deliver. Make sure the file has a good resolution. We recommend 300 dpi. The original size may be smaller or larger than the size of the print you want. We will then reduce or enlarge your original.
Personalize envelopes
To provide envelopes without windows with personalized data (name and address), we need an Excel list from you with the data divided by column (Mr/Mrs, name, street house number, zip code, city). The costs are 35 euros starting costs 0.10 per address.

All envelopes are packed in handy boxes.
