Laminating
Lamination involves applying a thin plastic layer over printed material. It is also known as encapsulation. This protects the finished product from things like the weather. Examples include menus, placemats, hiking maps and sailing charts that need to stay dry.
CopyShop Den Haag has a laminator that can laminate all sizes up to A3 (29,7x42cm). A laminating pouch applies a plastic layer to both sides of the printed material. You can choose between flexible and rigid lamination, depending on the desired stiffness, and gloss or matt laminate.
We have examples of thin (80 microns), medium (125 microns) and thick (250 microns) lamination in our shop, so you can see and feel them for yourself and choose the right option.
Our laminator is super-fast, so we can deliver hundreds of items in a day.
