Self-service printing, copying and scanning

Our self-service machines print and copy in colour or black and white, single- or double-sided, in A4 and A3. For high-quality results, they’re loaded with 90 gsm smooth, bright-white paper—ideal for high-resolution printing.
If you’d prefer a different paper stock, we also offer:

for single-sided prints: 120, 160 and 250 gsm matt, 135 gsm and 250 gsm glossy

for double-sided prints: 120 and 160 gsm matt, 135 gsm glossy

(We also have heavier paper stocks, but these aren't available for self-service printing. Ask us about our full-service rates—1-day turnaround.)

Each computer is connected to its own printer. You can access files on a USB stick to print a document, or log in and print from your email account (webmail, Hotmail, Gmail). Printing directly from your own phone isn't possible. You'll need to email your files first.

Our multifunction printers can print, copy and scan.

When photocopying or scanning, you can use the automatic document feeder. Make sure your originals are loose sheets without staples. The printer can then quickly process them as copies or scans (PDFs).

Scans are emailed to you as a PDF of your document. Need to scan a large number of pages? Ask us about our full-service rates. (We don't scan bound books.)
